Parking
Free off-street parking is available on our property. Our driveway and parking area are flat; however, there are steps leading to both the Cottage and the Suite. Detailed arrival and parking instructions are provided in our pre-arrival email, sent approximately four days before your stay.

Guests with limited mobility are welcome to contact us before booking so we can discuss whether the accommodation will be suitable.

Payment
Credit card details are required through our secure online booking system to guarantee your reservation. No payment is taken at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payment is due before or on the day of arrival. We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash. Card payments are securely processed through Stripe. Payment information is provided in our pre-arrival email, sent approximately seven days before your stay.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, a fee of 30% of the total stay will apply. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the fee increases to 50% of the total stay. In the case of a no-show or an early departure, the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Smoking is only permitted outside in the garden.

How far are you from Napier city centre?

We are approximately a comfortable 15-minute walk from the city centre. Please note that the return walk is uphill.

Can luggage be stored before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we are happy to store your luggage if needed.
